 | Go read the novel and watch the original Swedish version and then compare them to the Hanks version where he took the story and made it woke and diversified by adding a Transgender character that was not in the original movie or in the Swedish novel it was based on. | One thing that pisses me off is when people use the word woke to describe something that has nothing to do with that word. Get a dictionary you dumb fucking sheep! Woke means being conscious of racial discrimination in society and other forms of oppression and injustice. Even that new Wednesday chick got creative control over parts of her character. Tom probably didn't even read the book., just wanted his paycheck. Tom was a great 90's actor, all downhill since. |
